A car accident involving two saloon cars happened recently along Jalan Berakas, not far from the Bolkiah Camp. The two cars were heading in the same direction when the mishap happened. No casualties were reported.

A freak accident involving five vehicles occurred along Muara-Tutong Highway yesterday (see photos). Fortunately, there were no fatalities. According to eyewitnesses, two people sustained minor cuts as a result of the accident. Motorists are urged to drive with extra caution, particularly when it rains.

The car that crashed head on to the side barrier along the Tutong-Jerudong highway.

A local driver survived a horrific car crash along the Tutong-Jerudong dual carriageway yesterday morning. According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred at an area where road improvement project is currently underway.

Initial reports from the Royal Brunei Police Force stated that the car was heading towards Bandar Seri Begawan when the driver crashed head-on into the side barrier. The driver was rushed to the emergency ward at RIPAS Hospital by a passer-by with minor injuries.

The RBPF would like to remind all motorists to be vigilant on the roads and follow safety road signs especially in areas where road improvement projects are underway.
