Scene of the accident in Beribi.
A youth in his 20s was rushed to RIPAS Hospital last night following an accident in Beribi.
According to witnesses, the accident occurred around 10pm. The man, who was riding his motorcycle alone, swerved to avoid an oncoming saloon car at the three-way intersection of Sumbangsih Mulia.
The motorcyclist reportedly suffered injuries to his right torso and was attended to by medical personnel. The impact of the collision hurled the motorcyclist around 30 meters on to the concrete road. The Royal Brunei Police Force was at the scene along with friends and family members of the two individuals involved in the crash.
