A MAN died from the injuries he sustained in an accident in which his
car slammed into a tree at KM 16, Kg Telisai, Tutong at about 5am
yesterday.
Personnel from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and the Fire and
Rescue Department as well as paramedics rushed to the scene where they
found the badly-damaged vehicle.

No other people were involved in the incident.
An official from Tutong Police Station said the personnel received a
call regarding the accident in which the car was said to be travelling
towards Seria when it hit a tree and veered to the side of the road.
Fire and Rescue personnel had to use special equipment to pull the victim out of the car.
The victim who was unconscious and suffering from serious injuries was rushed to the hospital in Tutong by the paramedics.
The RBPF and also Fire and Rescue personnel are investigating the accident.
