Saloon vehicle involved in the collision was damaged as it overturned.
Two vehicles - a saloon car and a SUV - collided at a roundabout along Jalan Singa Menteri around 3pm
yesterday.
Due to the collision, the saloon car overturned and the driver was rushed to Suri Seri Begawan Hospital but
was later confirmed to be free from any major injuries.
The driver of the SUV too did not sustain any injuries.
Despite the installation of rumble strips along the Jalan Singa Menteri dual carriage way to alert motorists
to slow down, some motorists are still found speeding and accidents could easily occur when motorists
ignore to stop upon reaching the roundabout and fail to use their signal to make other drivers aware of
which way they are heading.
