A local man was lucky to escape unhurt in an unfortunate accident when his vehicle caught fire on Saturday evening. The incident occurred at about 6pm at Kg Mumong Rakyat Jati housing area in Kuala Belait. The driver was fortunate to get out of the vehicle when he spotted smoke coming out of the engine. Firefighters were deployed to extinguish the fire.
