The 28-year-old female driver of this car (photo) was injured after her car overturned.Police received reports of four self-accidents in Belait District amid heavy rains yesterday morning.
The first case was reported in Seria at 5.45am involving a foreign man who escaped injuries.
Three hours later, police received another report of a self-accident along Badas Road.
A 28-year-old female driver suffered injuries and was rushed to a hospital.
At about 8.26am, another self-accident involving a 29-year-old female driver occurred at Anduki area yesterday. She was spared from injuries.
In Sungai Liang, police rendered assistance to a 31-year-old foreign man who met with a self-accident at KM38, Kampong Tunggulian. He escaped unharmed in the minor accident.
Police and the Fire and Rescue Department rendered swift assistance to the victims following the road accidents yesterday.
Police warned motorists to take extra care after the spate of road accidents in heavy rains.
