Slippery road conditions as a result of rain caused a 4WD vehicle to skid off the road and land in a shallow ditch in the Old Airport area yesterday morning. No injuries were reported in the incident. The police have meanwhile advised motorists to drive slowly and with extra caution especially in times of heavy rain.
