The submerged car.
Muddy road caused by a landslip.

The male driver of a salon car emerged unscathed from the window of his car submerged in a drain by the roadside after midnight on the first day of Syawal.

His car skidded off the road during a heavy downpour after he lost control while avoided splashes of water caused by another car overtaking on the road covered with a big pool of water.

The heavy downpour in the Tutong District on Eid's eve resulted in several landslides and flash floods in some areas.

At Tanah Buruk Penanjong, a landslide covered half of the road surface that led to traffic congestion.

Clearing work was carried out immediately. The same area has been affected by several landslides since last year.

Kg Panchur Papan, Kg Panchur Dulit and Kg. Suran were also affected by some landslides.

Flash floods occurred at several villages along Jalan Tutong, causing mud and debris to enter some houses.
