A number of offenders were slapped with fines when officers from the Traffic Control & Investigation Department, Royal Brunei Police Force, set up a roadblock on Tuesday night. The operation that was spearheaded by P/ASP Fathdillah bin Hj Abd Hamid targeted vehicles with illegal modifications, as well as drivers driving without a licence or valid road tax.
