An accident involving two cars occurred yesterday morning at the Mumong roundabout in the Belait District. The incident occurred around 7.40am during a drizzle that saw an SUV bump into a car, thus causing traffic congestion, as commuters were busy heading to work or school. Motorists are advised to drive slowly and cautiously during this wet season and always switch on their lights in order to increase visibility on the road.
